Ultra-moisturizing essence toner for dehydrated skin Manyo Panthetoin Essence Toner soothes irritation, eliminates flaking and restores skin damaged by wind, temperature changes and other external irritants. Intensely moisturizes and locks moisture into cells, strengthens the natural protective barrier, prevents dehydration and reduces sensitivity.

Skin type: suitable for all skin types, but especially recommended for dry, sensitive and dehydrated skin

  • U-Oliosome - is a patented active, which is ceramides encapsulated in liposomes. These ceramides penetrate the lipid layer of the epidermis, strengthening it, eliminating dryness and flaking.
  • Sydney Ringer - is a patented ingredient that moisturizes and increases the skin's barrier function.
  • SymCalmin® (Hydroxyphenyl Propamidobenzoic Acid) is a component containing the active avenanthramide, derived from oats. It relieves redness, irritation and itching and has an anti-inflammatory effect.

How to use: apply to the palms of your hands, spread over the face with light patting movements, or apply with a cotton pad. Can be used as a topical mask: apply to a cotton pad and leave on the skin for 5 minutes. The product can be applied in 2-3 layers.
