Beauty of Joseon Glow Replenishing Rice Milk Toner with a milky texture based on rice extract is designed to brighten and deeply moisturize the skin. Contains goami rice extract and rice amino acids, as well as kaolin powder, panthenol, hydroxyethyl urea, centella extract and ceramides.
