1. Sending your order

All orders are usually sent within 1-3 business days from a warehouse in Germany after receiving payment.

If no other delivery method is selected, the parcels are sent to the recipient’s address by DHL, DPD, Hermes or GLS with tracking (tracking number) and possibility of delivery to the recipient.

The average delivery time for parcels within Germany is 2-4 working days from the day of dispatch.

The average delivery time for parcels to other EU countries is 3-10 working days (depending on destination country) from the day of dispatch.

Please note - delivery times increase during the pre-holiday periods due to the increased load on transport/logistics services.

2. Tracking your order

Regardless of chosen delivery method, we will provide you with the tracking number and a link for tracking your parcel online if the chosen method allows us to do this.

3. Undeliverable Packages

If a package comes back to our warehouse as “undeliverable” or as “insufficient” or “wrong address,” the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping).  Or, if the purchaser prefers, Zoria GmbH ( can issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of shipping.

4. Cost of delivery

The cost of delivery includes the preparation and packaging of your order, as well as all postage costs.

The cost is calculated based on the tariffs of the chosen method of delivery and the total weight of the ordered goods.

To find out the shipping cost of your order, add to the cart the goods you would like to purchase and go to the order registration page. After choosing the delivery method, the estimated cost of delivery will be added to the cost of the goods.

At this stage you have the opportunity to complete the registration or refuse to purchase.

We recommend that you combine all purchased items in one order. Transport charges in this case will be considered one-time, taking into account the weight of all ordered items.

5. Delayed order

If any goods from your order are temporarily out of stock, we will send you the part of the order that is available by notifying you by e-mail and having obtained your consent for this.

As soon as the missing goods arrive at the warehouse, we will immediately send you the rest of the order. You do not have to pay extra for extra shipping.

6. Returns

We grant the right to all our customers within 14 days to return in whole or in part the goods purchased in our store, if there are appropriate grounds for this.

However, we draw your attention that in the interest of hygiene and for the protection of purchasers and, in accordance with the laws on the protection of consumer rights (, opened and/or used perfumery and cosmetic products of adequate quality are NOT SUBJECT to exchange and refund.

If you find that the goods you purchased are of inadequate quality, and can not be used for their intended purpose (expired shelf life, damages during shipping, factory defects) at the time of its receipt, then you are entitled to a refund.

Please contact one of our support managers, using email address or Please, provide us with the number of your order, the list of goods and the reasons for which you want to return them. If these reasons are sufficient grounds for refund, we will contact you and agree on how, at what time, and to what address of the warehouse the goods should be returned.

In this case, you do not have to pay any additional shipping fees.

The funds will be returned to the same payment method that was used during checkout, after checking the returned product and no later than within 10 calendar days after we receive the products of inadequate quality.

However, we draw your attention that Zoria GmbH ( does not bear the costs of returning goods of proper quality.
