  • Niacinamide is responsible for brightening and evening out the overall tone of the face. Niacinamide or water-soluble vitamin B3, is able to block the synthesis of melanin, which helps to reduce redness and age spots.
  • Ceramides contained in safflower oil, strengthen the skin barrier, protecting the epidermis from unfavorable environmental factors and preventing moisture from evaporating, as well as helping to smooth wrinkles caused by skin dehydration.
