DR. ALTHEA Dear.A Tilted Tip Bottom-Lash Mascara is a mascara that contains special fibers to create a lush and natural lash effect. The mascara provides a delicate application that emphasizes each strand from the roots of the lashes, while giving a sheer finish that doesn't clump even after multiple coats. Great at maintaining a natural curl, just as if you were having your lashes laminated. Because the applicator is angled at 45 degrees, it is easy to apply to areas that are difficult to reach from the roots of the lashes with a brush without smearing mascara into the lower and upper eyelid. When applied, the mascara forms an oil/water resistant film that provides a water-resistant effect without smearing or crumbling. The product has a vegan formula and pure composition!
